A little help for the holidays with Kraft #KraftHolidaySavings

‘Tis the season for holiday cookies, stretchy pants, inappropriate family members and too much of everything.  I don’t know about you, but it seems like every time I turn around, there’s another gathering we need to bake something for.  Not to mention, we’ve had our hands full, because…

WE GOT A PUPPY. I know. If you follow me on instagram, you’ve probably seen him approximately 1000 times.  If not, you’ve felt my silence on this corner of the internet.  I so appreciate you all reaching out to me during this busy time.  I am a puppy momma, and it’s hard work! We are so fortunate that little Bexley has been able to join me in my office most days, so his training is going very well.

But, since I have this new family member which requires a lot of time and attention, my kitchen has been collecting cobwebs!  I finally understand why all you moms take short cuts when you can.  It really helps save me some precious time so that I can spend it with my family.

Kraft is excited to hear what you guys are up to for the holidays, and they’ve graciously provided you with up to $20 in coupons when you shop their products at Target.  You can get the coupons here!

Since I’ve been a little MIA, I thought you could use a little video to catch up on your Whitney time. Our puppy makes his appearance in minute 2:30… just saying. These bars, which I’m calling “Peanut Butter Banana Granola Chocolate Blondies” are SINFUL.  Like, shut the front door good.  I used Planters Banana Granola Crunch Peanut Butter and that banana flavor is outrageous.

From shopping for gifts to planning family dinners, it’s hard to keep up with all your holiday to-do’s. This year, Kraft is helping out with great weeknight meals and entertaining ideas to make the season a little bit easier. Plus, Kraft is offering up to $20 in coupons, redeemable exclusively at Target, to make food shopping easier and to help you have a happy holiday season.

This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Kraft. The opinions and text are all mine.

Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Blondies

Preheat the oven to 350.  Combine the softened butter, vegetable oil, cake mix, egg, and peanut butter in a kitchenaid mixer.  Add the chocolate chips and reeses until just combined. Spread in a layer on a parchment lined baking sheet (about 1/2 thick) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.  Allow to cool and cut into bars.
