Potato Chip Crusted Fish Sticks

You guys know the importance of real ingredients.  I always tell you, whole fat milk, real butter, real cheese.

It makes such a difference in both flavor and health.  I know, I know.  Full fat is not exactly healthy but it’s better for you than chemicals. Right?

I thought I’d take a spin on the old fish and chips bus for today’s real ingredient recipe.  These are so good for you.  As in, really good for you.

They are just fresh cod fillets rolled in crushed Sea Salt Kettle Chips.  They are so fresh and delicious, and they’re a great way to get kids eating fish.

They are crunchy just like their fried cousins, but lack the preservatives of the frozen variety.

Process the chips in a food processor until small crumbs.  Season the fish well with salt and pepper. Firmly press the crushed chips into the flesh of the fish.  Lay on parchment lined baking sheets, and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
