Raspberry Brownie Bites

You know what happens to you the week you move into your house and start your new job? You break out.

Did I mention your period? Oh, cause that’s here too.  I look, so cute. I also think it’s cute that my readers know my mensies cycle. You’re welcome.

And so if my face is going to go to shit, I am eating chocolate. All of it.

I put a raspberry in this to “boost it’s antioxidant level.”

Someone missed their call in creative marketing…

Raspberry Brownie Bites

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a muffin tin or brownie bite tin and set aside.  Melt butter and chocolate in a double boiler. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, espresso powder, vanilla and sugar. Add warm chocolate to egg mixture.  Sift in flour, baking powder and salt and stir just until mixed. Fill tin 1/2 to the top and press a raspberry down into the center. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool and top with another fresh raspberry.
