So here’s my thought. Someone needs to make these bacon wrapped gorgonzola stuffed grapes for you.
Because they are sweet and tangy and wrapped in salty bacon love and I think you’ve earned them.
Slice grapes long ways to the center. Place 1 teaspoon of gorgonzola in the center and press sides together to close. Wrap with bacon, secure with a tooth pick. Bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes until bacon is crisp.
