Remember those hot summer days where you ran around outside until you heard the ice cream truck, at which point you make a mad dash to the truck praying to all that is holy in the world that they still have fudge-cicles.

I am so happy to tell you that fudge-cicles can be like 10 minutes away from you at all times from now on.  I recently aquired a Zoku quick Popsicle maker from a friend and lord have mercy, are those things quick.  Like, 5 minutes in the mold and they are frozen through.  It’s like a christmas miracle in the summer.

These fudge-cicles are so easy to make you’ll have them on the reg. now.

You’re welcome.  Apologize to your thighs for me.

Melt the chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave.  Combine the melted chocolate with the sugar, cornstarch, milk, butter, vanilla and cocoa powder in a sauce pan over medium heat and cook until well combined, about 5 minutes.  Let mixture chill slightly and pour into Zoku quick pop maker. Take them out in 5 minutes. Eat them, giggle.
