Pulled Buffalo Chicken Sliders

It’s the summer time, and that means we all want to spend more time doing things outside and less time in the kitchen.  And by we all, I mean you all, because if I had it my way, I’d be barefoot in my kitchen six times to Sunday.  So, you all want to be outdoorsy instead of in the kitchen.

And like the true chameleon I am, (AHHAHA.) I respond to your needs.  I see that your attention span dwindles in the summer to that of a puppy, and all you want to do is sip margaritas in adirondacks.  You’ll catch no judgement from me, since margaritas and adirondacks are both lovely things which should be enjoyed as often as possible. However, with the new found extra curriculars you’ve picked up, that leaves you less time for dinner prep.

And what kind of a friend would I be if I sat by and refused to give you something effortless to match your new easy-going schedule.  Not a good one, that’s what kind.

And so here is the easiest thing in the world to make, you literally throw everything into a crockpot and leave it alone.  And what’s even better? It tastes amazing.  Like a hot wing sandwich.
