Dear Dori Greenspan,
You are a legend among women. A visionary among cooks, and girlfriend, your precious pixie haircut is adorbs.
P.S. Your crab ravioli — TO DIE for.
Love,
Whit
In all seriousness though, if you don’t own a copy of Around My French Table, hop your little tail over to a borders (cause they’re a closin’ son) and buy this b00k. Buy it on Amazon, buy it on the street corner, I don’t care. Buy it. Dorie makes me so happy because she relates food to her real life, almost always has a personal story about the dish she’s sharing, and she is just so very down to earth.
And out of respect for the French Fridays with Dorie program, I am not going to share this recipe on the blog, however, if you email me, I am happy to personally send it to you via the world wide webs.
Just don’t tell Dorie…
So, here is what I like to call “Crabioli”
Crab Ravioli, Around My French Table, Dorie Greenspan
What are you sitting around waiting for? Go buy a damn copy of this book already!
Love,
Whit
